Pulpits
Cooney Marine are synonymous with pulpit rails for all different kinds of leisure boats, from the high quality sailing boat to the most luxurious superyachts in the world.
Using aerospace technology we can measure and manufacture a pulpit to with 0.5mm accuracy over 100m in length.
We then jig a pulpit so we get repeatable quality time after time.
For the last decade we have pioneered tube bending technology and can now manufacture pulpits with a range of oval top rails.
Rails
Using our world beating tube bending and measuring technology we are able to manufacture highly complicated rails and make them look like works of art.
Our oval rails can be manufactured in a range of round and oval sizes to fit the customers desires.
Bow Plates & Anchor Pockets
Bow protection plates formed out of sheet 316 stainless steel to perfectly fit the bow of you hull. Customers will generally supply us with a bow moulding so we can form the shape to fit the hull, we can also use a 3D model to capture the design intent.
Anchor pockets are generally used on the large superyachts and are made to the customers design and to an impeccable quality
Dive Ladders
We manufacture high quality bespoke bathing ladders for many customers, these range from hinging to telescopic ladders that can be deployed from a locker or hinged down from a bathing platform.
All ladders are produced to the standard Cooney Marine high quality of finish that our customers have come accustomed to.
