At Cooney Marine we have the ability to take an idea from the inception and run it through the whole production process in house. This is due in part to our cutting edge design department which is at the forefront of the industry in terms of design, technology and experience.

3D Scanning
Cooney Marine has a number of cutting edge 3D Scanners and Scanning technologies. Our design technicians are experts in using this technology to acquire a precision model of any detailed object.
In house we use this technology in many ways to aid in the manufacturing process and also to ensure our creations are made to the tightest tolerances.
Laser Tracking
We have invested in a state of the art Leica Laser tracker to be able to measure and manufacture our products with the utmost precision.
This tracker has the opportunity to measure with a tolerance within the microns!
Laser Projecting/ Tracing
Cooney Marine have recently invested in an innovative Laser Tracing system from Faro Technologies which has allowed us to develop brand new and unique manufacturing processes. These processes work in tandem with the Tracking and Scanning systems to create bespoke products with the utmost precision.
Modelling
We have a number of design technicians on site to aid in any product development you may require. We are experience in working and modelling in Onshape, Siemons NX, Solidworks and Polyworks.
