We have been manufacturing and producing metal fabrication parts for over 50 years, with this comes countless innovations that have kept us at the forefront of the industry whilst working with some of the countries most well respected brands.
Machining
We operate an on site machine shop which houses the following machines:

4 Haas Turning Centres, 2 of which can operate on 5 axis'.

2 Hurrco Vertical Machining Centres with an extended capacity of 1500mm x 600mm.

a Bridgeport Vertical Machining Centre.

An XYZ CNC Lathe with a capacity of 1500mm x 600mm.

Manual Lathes and Milling.
These machines in tandem to our years of experience in machining quality parts to the utmost precision allow us reach any solution a customer needs.

Welding
From marine handrails to one of a kind special projects our highly skilled welders are fully equipped to tackle any challenge. This includes both Stainless Steel and Aluminium welding.
We have an abundance of experience in marine grade welding on some of the most renowned superyachts in the world. Whether this is in one of our workshops or on site the quality remains unaltered.

Metal Profiling, Tube Cutting and Etching
We're proud to house a brand new Amada Laser machine as well as our flow waterjet cutting machine. With these two we have a state of the art metal cutting and etching department with the ability to cut or etch Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium up to 200mm+.
Our Amada machine also affords us the ability to cut and etch the metal tube that we work with in house.
Metal Sheet Bending
In addition to out metal cutting and etching department we also have an inhouse Amada press brake which gives us the ability to shape the plate that we cut. This further enhances our ability to craft any product the customer needs.
