We have a best in class tube bending department which can bend a variety of tube and tube shaping's.
Best in the UK
We have a unique three dimensional tube bending machine which can only be found in the UK at Cooney Marine, this allows us to freely create shapes with the tube nobody else can.
This has led to us being involved in numerous special projects with some of the countries leading brands.
CNC Bending
We also house a handful of CNC mandrel tube bending machines to extend our facilities and cover more sizes and radii.

Oval Tube Bending
The oval tube that we form in house can also be bent using our CNC Mandrel machines. this broadens the possibilities to allow us to fit the tube to the exact design a customer needs.
